Operating Times: 09h00 to 16h30
(Property must be vacated by 17h00 as per our title deed and business license from the City Council).

Restrictions on the Estate
No amplified sound is permitted in the outside garden areas.
Lower Ground Level
An additional fee of R 6 050.00 will be levied if the lower ground level is utilised for receptions.
External Suppliers & Equipment
Any external suppliers’ goods/equipment/decor must be set up and cleared by the supplier on the same day.
Public Holidays and Sundays
an additional R 2 000.00 levied for options1 & 2
an additional R 4 250.00 for options 3, 4, 5 & 6
